Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled, unused, with tags intact, free from scratches and damages and in its original packaging. You must also provide the proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at online@soundmatch.co.za. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), please reach out to us for clarification.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is processed.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, the goods will be inspected, assessed, and approved before processing the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund for items out of warranty/ negligence after assessed, please note courier to and from will be for your account. Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt for the refund to be processed, once approved.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
